Depends: On the cause of the blister. Most blisters come from friction, so you must identify and remove any source of friction to the area. You can try to pop the blister by using a sterile (not hot) needle at the junction between the skin and the blister, wash with soap & water, and cover with a sterile dressing or band-aid. When in doubt, see a podiatrist.
