Variety: Eating a rainbow of colors is helpful. One nutritionist recommends that at every meal there should be 2 proteins and 1 carbohydrate or 2 carbohydrates and 1 protein (setting places by karen beerbower). Fresh foods are the best. Less processed foods, packaged foods, etc).
