Vasaline: I know this will sound very greasy and gross but leave a jar of vasaline petroleum jelly at every sink. Whenever you wash your hands, while they are soaking wet, rub in the vasaline for 30 seconds then towel dry. If you feel very greasy, either you used too much vasaline or you didn't rub it in long enough.
