My 1 year old has had fever 4 4days now. neg strep and rsv, flu test. her tonsils are huge and white her sister tested pos for mono. should i be worrie

Maybe: Purulent tonsillitis is a common finding with mono. Were the strep and flu rapid tests? Were cultures sent? Sometimes the rapid testing gives a false negative. If truly negative, and your other child has mono, the doctor can send a test for that.
