Not all wierd: If your symptoms have changed and you are having a significant amount of numbness and pain, then perhaps you need another imaging study to evaluate the problem. If you are experiencing true leg weakness or having problems with your bowel or badder function (incontinence) then you need emergent attention. As far as your left ovary pain i'm not sure how you know that and maybe need to see your gyn.

Pain: The symptoms you are feeling can be related to disc protrusion/herniation. If you have pain in the ovary and that may not be related to your back. These could be separate issues and you should check with your primary md and/or ob/gyn doc on this first. A urinary tract infection is also something to rule out here.
