Endometrial sqamous metaplastic cells endo biopsy has been done?

Please clarify: Pap smears and biopsies often show both squamous metaplastic endocervical cels and endometrial cells. Beyond a heads-up that hpv may be present, squamous metaplasia isn't a great concern. If you can rephrase what you are asking, someone here will be glad to help.
