Yes: Lab values very both day to day and as diseases wax and wane. As a pathologist, i set little by clinicians' estimates of gfr; i'd follow your BUN and creatinine, and urinalysis and urine protein instead. If you were a bit dry last year and drank a lot of water this year, there's anr explanation. Albumin 3.8 is within normal range. "treat the person, not the numbers." good luck.
