Go to the ER: This is not the best answer but if you have an infection you need to have someone look at it before it turns into an abscess.

Got to get medical h: Ok, this is the school of hard knocks. You cannot function in life if you are not healthy, so priority one for you is to go see a doctor. If you really have no money then you should be applying for govt assistance. If you have some, talk to the office manager at a primary care clinic and see if they can work a deal for you. Again, you have to go see someone before this becomes serious.
