What illness showing symptoms of blood swelling from eye ?

Not an illness: If there is the appearance of blood at the eye, most likely it is a "sub conjunctival hemorrhage" which is not necessarily a sign of any disease. This can occur spontaneously, upon rupture of one of the very small arteries lining the surface of the eyeball.

? Subconj heme: Your description sounds like you are asking about disease related to subconjunctival hemorrhage. The list is extensive including bleeding disorders, trauma, inflammatory disease, blood dyscrasia, diseases associated with dry eye, etc. See an eye doctor.
