Varies: It sounds like you are being worked up for an autoimmune sort of disease; unfortunately, diagnosis of these require a constellation of symptoms, so with just those lab values with a possible blip on an imaging study, it's impossible to make a diagnosis. I would suggest a referral to a rheumatologist.
