Adult Acne :(: Our office is in an area with lots of 20-40 year olds and we are inundated with adult acne, it seems like it is an epidemic! most did not have much acne as a teen. Many theories about this, but most seem to have a hormonal component, usually worst on the lower face/jawline and neck area. Talk to a dermatologist about diet changes, good topicals and possible hormonal therapy like spironolactone.
