Endometriosis : Sounds like residual Prostaglandin release effects. Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory condition associated with abnormal implantation/seeding of the uterine lining (endometrium). Monitor symptoms, keep a menstrual diary and get checked out. NSAIDs like Motrin are, generally, helpful for this.
