I started spotting yesterday. my last period was november 4th-10th. today there is a little blood but not a whole lot. i have symptoms such as gas, stomach discomfort, back pain, and bloating.

Bleeding on day 14 ?: A menstrual period on day 4-10 would make today (Nov. 18) "day 14" . The drop in estrogen just prior to ovulation occurs just about at this time, and sometimes two eggs mature at the same time, making the drop in estrogen a more significant drop from a higher level of estrogen, causing some withdrawal bleeding. This may exaggerate some intestinal symptoms, too.
