Fibromyalgia? : 21 y fem has profound fatigue, perhaps depression, low back pain and abdominal discomforts compatible with irritable bowel syndrome. These are all signature symptoms of fibromyalgia. An exam & lab tests needed to rule out hormonal/metabolic disorders. If nothing specific found see Rheumatologist to be evaluated for Fibromyalgia.
