Abdominal pain: Abdominal pain that is worsened at night, especially if you lay down would be suspicious for an acid problem with your stomach. GERD would be first on the list. Although period over you could still have an ovarian cyst which could also cause the back pain. Kidney infection or bladder infection on the list too.

Can call Dr on video: If one has uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, the possibilities include: gastritis or excess acidity, stomach flu viruses, strep throat, appendicitis (usually has fever), gall stones, constipation (crampy), etc... Most people with moderate or bad pains, meaning more than mild pain, need a doctor's evaluation to be sure it is not appendicitis, which would need a surgeon.
