I have really bad pain in my left arm and can't lift or hold anything in my hand also having really bad chest pain. had a ekg and it was normal help

See cardiologist: You are 45 years old and a woman. Heart disease tends to be occult in women. The fact you have a normal ekg is good. Not sure who did it or where you were evaluated. If it was nl, that is ok. It is very likely that your arm is muscular. If after anti-inflammatory medicine, muscle rubs or stretching it is not better, see your doctor for further evaluation.

May need CAT scan: Chest pain and arm dysfunction could be caused by a lesion affecting the nerves of the brachial plexus at the top of the chest. A careful evaluation with a physical exam and x-rays is warranted.
