Yes: White marks on front teeth are eliminated several ways depending on their cause. It may be possible to whiten your teeth to match it. There are products out there such as icon and mi paste that when used by your dentist can help reduce white spots. Yes: It is probably a hypo calcification. You can try a product called mi paste. Sometimes bleaching can help and sometimes tooth colored fillings are required as a last result.

Yes: As mentioned previously, mi paste may help. But if spotting has been there for a very long time, it would be unlikely to remineralize significantly. If you bleach your teeth, it will reduce the color nuances in your teeth and it will make the white spotting less apparent.
