See doctor now: If the mass is truly in your right testicle, pain or no pain, you need urgent medical attention. There is nothing good that comes out of a mass on the testicle.

Need ultrasound: You need to get into see a urologist have an exam and an ultrasound of the testicle. At your age, you are at risk for having testicular cancer and this would be the most concerning thing to rule out. Hope this helps.
