See your doctor: First since swelling is present 'all the way up my inner thigh". If new, infection, blood clot, gout, pseudogout, etc. Are possible. Inner knee pain with swelling maybe due to medial meniscus tear, medial plica syndrome, pen anserine bursitis, gout or pseudogout and others.
