Knee pain: Sounds like you may have damaged a structure called a meniscus inside your knee joint. If your doc doesn't feel comfortable making the diagnosis see a good orthopedist. He will probably send you for an MRI and may suggest surgery though it frequently heals on its own. Could use knee brace and physical therapy.
