Check it out!: It is important to know why you are coughing! see a doc for hat. Taking cough suppressant like dextromethorphan should have no bearing on the angle closure or the high blood pressure issue!

Yes: If you know you have angle closure glaucoma, it is likely that you have been treated with the laser. If so, you can take any medication without concern of aggrevating the glaucoma.
