Yes: Please call ur ob. If ur pregnant and there is no intra-uterine pregnancy, ectopic will be a definite concern.

Yes: Although you could have an ectopic pregnancy, it is also very possible your symptoms are unrelated (gi upset, anxiety etc). Regardless you should see an OB to confrim an intra-uterine pregnancy at about 6 weeks.
