Maybe: Augmentin's main adverse effect is gastrointestinal distress, so yes, it could exacerbate symptoms of your gastritis; however, shortness of breath and cough are all respiratory issues, so i would not necessarily attribute these to the augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate).
