Possibly: Vomiting and diarrhea is your body's way of trying to "get rid" of something quickly. Concern increases if there is blood in the vomit or if it has the appearance of old coffee grounds. Also be concerned if the diarrhea is bloody or appears black (although pepto-bismul can turn stools black.) lastly, fever and pain are other reasons to be concerned. See you doctor if any of these are present.
