My 7month old baby girl has a decrease in wet nappies from 6 to 3 of which is no longer sobby as usual, formula fed - approx. 500ml in 12hrs & is on solids, no vomiting or diarrhea. she's sweating due to heat and is very active. extremely concerned?

Basics: An infant that age should wet at least every 6-8 hrs. If she is feeding vigorously & otherwise acting normal I would just monitor the process. Fluid based solids like applesauce can add to the fluid intake. If she spooks you have her seen.
