This is the 2nd month in a row that a few days before my period i have a bout of vomiting and diarrhea in the morning for one day. should i be worried?

May be: Prostaglandins are released with the breakdown of the uterine lining and can cause cramping, fever, headaches, nausea and vomiting, and diarrhea and this may be the cause of what you are experiencing. While this is not abnormal it also isn't good. See your PCP or GYN for treatment and to be sure nothing else is going on. Hope this helps and you feel better fast.
