Perforated Colon: A perforated colon is an acute medical emergency, as you know. Tiny holes will heal themselves, but if it is due to an invasive cancer, especially when the spilled contents cause an infection in the abdomen, surgery and antibiotics are indicated. I assume you have had the definitive surgery for your stage T3 (liothyronine) tumor. Your surgical team would have removed the diseased portion of bowel.

High risk Stage II: T3n0m0 is stage ii in colon cancer. In general no adjuvant chemotherapy is recommended unless there are associated high risk features such as obstruction or perforation.

Yes: Perforation from tumor increases the risk of recurrence locally- since this implies spillage of tumor in the region. Infection if controlled and treated should not. Tumor perforation usually considered t4.
