Depends...: On staging, i.e. If scarred (cirrhosis), and function of liver. In general, good quality protein ( animal or vegetable source), no alcohol, ample fruits and vegetables, no alcohol, whole grains, no alcohol, . Good intake of all nutrients. If failing liver function, may need adjustments in protein, other. Alcohol worsens the inflammation and progress.

Whole foods: Avoid alcohol, tylenol, (acetaminophen) and other drugs that can be harsh on your liver. Eat whole organic foods including lots of fruit and vegetables. Cook with coconut oil.

Don't drink: The only diet plan for hepatitis c is to avoid alcohol. However, if your hepatitis has progressed to cirrhosis, then there are more dietary restrictions.
