Whole foods: Avoid alcohol, tylenol, (acetaminophen) and other drugs that can be harsh on your liver. Eat whole organic foods including lots of fruit and vegetables. Cook with coconut oil.

Don't drink: The only diet plan for hepatitis c is to avoid alcohol. However, if your hepatitis has progressed to cirrhosis, then there are more dietary restrictions.
