How do i clear up a very spotty back?

Skin docs like spots: Dermatologists enjoy checking spots. There are many kinds of spots, most of which are ok, but a few are skin cancers. Light colored spots can be a fungus infection (tinea versicolor). Sun damage causes freckles and other spots. Moles can be there at birth, but more appear later. At a skin doctor's office, spots may be frozen off, scraped off, lasered off, burned off with chemicals, etc...

Type of spots?: Are you talking about pimples or freckles or moles? Please clarify and ask your question again. Also state how long you have had this and what you have tried already to treat this.
