Good=plant/fish fat: Good carbs are whole grains. Bad carbs are refined carbs ("white" sugar, bread, rice, and the darth vader evil high fructose corn syrup). Good fat comes from fish and plants (olive oil, avocado, nuts for example). Bad fat are saturated trans fat (fake fat) and animal fat like beef.
