Nerve hand: Perhaps a repeat nerve study or an evaluation for an alternate site of nerve compression peripherally or asite of central mediated pain such as the cervical spine or even more central is desired. However don't neglect simple things suchas arthritis or even " pillar pain" which is irritation to the palm where the ligament attaches. Speak about these details with your surgeon.
