Aspirin 80 mg daily.: Only preconceptional or early pregnancy (before 16 weeks) Aspirin (80 mg daily) has been proven to decrease the risk of recurrent placental insufficiency by >15%. If you have any chronic medical conditions such as lupus, kidney failure, or hypertension, please see a maternal-fetal medicine specialist to get them under control before attempting pregnancy. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and good luck!
