Normal: Blood flow to the placenta is obviously what's keeping your growing baby alive. I've never heard of "increased blood flow" to the placenta. The only danger in pregnancy is when there is decreased blood flow to the placenta. That can happen when moms have problems with blood pressure or have disease like lupus. I wouldn't be worried for a minute that you have increased blood flow.
