Check a UPT: Check a urine pregnancy test. Best to do this with a 1st morning urine. If it's positive, see your obgyn immediately. It's not normal to bleed that heavily if you are pregnant. Best of luck!

It's hard to know: Sometimes. Menstrual bleed is usually lighter from implantation of fertilized egg vs. Regular or heavier flow during normal menses. Do a home pregnancy test for confirmation. Take care!

Pregnancy test: If pregnant, you shouldn't have any bleeding. If not pregnant, probably your period. Get a pregnancy test and go from there.
