See below: A common cause of anal itching in adults is called pruritus ani, leaving pinpoint spots of blood on the tissue from superficial skin inflammation. The most common causes are caffeine and excess moisture. Eliminate caffeine and keep the area dry with corn starch powder, not talcum powder.
