After poo in the morning, my rectum is bleeding continuously. it's not a bloodstream but rather dripping continuously since the morning. two days ago, i also found a pimple with a blackhead near the anus. no pain in passing stool. any home remedy?

The bleeding is likely from internal hemorrhoids, not from that perianal pimple. You should rest in bed for a while until the blood stops oozing. Upright position may aggravate bleeding due to gravity. You need to avoid constipation. If bleeding recurs frequently you need to see a GI doctor or a surgeon for either banding or hemorrhoidectomy. You are young so I assume you do not take any meds.
