Radiation and pill: 1. Radiation is absolutely indicated after lumpectomy to prevent local recurrence. 2. The pill tamoxifen decreases your risk of relapse for about 12-15% so also very imp. Just like surgery and chemo as good foundation, you want to build up on it to maximize your cure rate. You also have high grade or grade 3 tumor so even more imp to pursue these adjuvant therapies.
