Not sure I ...: ....Understand your question. You mean you found a new lump at the surgical site 2 weeks after finishing chemo? If so, don't panic but make sure your oncologist knows about it asap so he/she can see you and take it from there. I truly hope is nothing of concern and hope you can have a great thsnksgiving.

See doctor: It is important that you see your doctor (either breast surgeon or medical oncologist) so they can examine you to see what is going on. It is key to keep your breast cancer team informed of any changes that you experience.

Go in right away!: This is probably normal scar tissue, but as you know, triple negative breast cancer is very aggressive. It's possible to have an early recurrence near your lumpectomy site. Bring this to your doctor's attention right away, and make sure he or she examines you and feels what you are feeling! whatever this is, it's treatable, so don't delay in getting it looked at.
