Limit sweets: I am not sure of what dilators you are using, but you may want to go to your ob/gyn to find out if thre is an infection, especially if the dilator has come into contact with others and certain germs have entered the system.. You may want to look at your friends and be aware of those who would harm you again. There are also herbal options from homeopathic physicians. Take care.
