Dilators optional: I hear you! Vaginismus & dysparuenia are often really frustrating to treat. It would be great to be able to take a quick-fix pill but, for some women, their muscles don't release with just endep (amtriptyline). Dilators can be really helpful but suggest talk to the team looking after you about your concerns: dilators are less likely to work for you if you don't feel comfortable using them.
