Have vaginismus. was using dilators. but since my c-section 3 mnths ago, even small size dilator is painful. haven't resumed sex. why is it painful?

Vaginismus: If you are breastfeeding, your levels of estrogen are really low which can cause thinning and dryness of the vagina. A little estrogen creme rubbed externally and some intravaginally when used consistently should relieve the problem.
