This is a follow up question i had a runny nose and i did what every person would do i sucked it up , would that have anything to do with the eye?

Possibly: Tear ducts from eyes drain into nasal passages; so infection or allergies can affects eyes as well as nose. Nasal saline spray should help nose; flush eyes with eye moisturizer. Allergy meds may help. If develop fever or purulent nasal discharge, see doc for exam & treatment.
