Possibly: Some cramping and a small amount of pain may occur during ovulation. If the pain is severe and occurs every month then please see your gynecologist. Something else may be going on such as endometriosis, scar tissue, or ovarian cysts that are persistent. A small amount of bleeding can occur during ovulation because of the hormonal shift.
