A member asked:

Is small amounts of bleeding in discharge normal during ovulation?

Light bleeding or "spotting" can occur with ovulation, about a day or so after the temperature rise, and is due to sudden drop in estrogen preceding ovulation.

Yes, Spotting around mid-cycle is not uncommon due to a natural drop in hormone levels at that time. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health! Safe sex: https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/safer-sex-guidelines
