Tongue lesions: It's hard to asses without looking at it. U can have moles or blood vessels under the surface that appear dark. You should definitely have an ENT or oral surgeon examin it to make sure it's not more serious.

See dentist or ent: Could very well be stained papilla, but if its actually bruising or discoloration of the tongue, it may be a early sign of some underlying systemic condition. Could be benign, but could also be serious. Conditions usually present themselves in the oral cavity early in the progression and can be treated accordingly. Would seek professional eval.

Dark spots: Have your dentist take a look to diagnose what you see. It could be a host of different things and without actually seeing it we have no way of knowing what it is and whether or not it requires treatment. Regarding your possible bruises, it may well be just that. You will have to have your physician tell you for sure. The two issues are most likely unrelated. It's two appointments you need to make.
