Ecchymosis (Bruise): It sounds like you are describing easy bruising. This is almost always abnormal in someone 31 yrs old. You need to have this checked out and have testing done to find out why you are experiencing this problem. There are many causes for easy bruising. Some causes are relatively benign, but some are very serious. Get it checked out. Good luck to you.
