Get diagnosis...: May be due to a sequela or late effect of the sprains. Some of these are post-traumatic arthritis, osteochondral lesions of the talus and tendon disorders. I suggest that you see an orthopaedic foot & ankle surgeon to get a diagnosis and treatment. One in your area can be found at www.Aofas.Org.
