Blood pressure : To my knowledge serum protein s have no affect on bp.

Not much: Except the blood proteins do help keep the liquid part of blood from seeping out into the tissues, so when the blood protein (albumin) level gets very low as in liver cirrhosis, the blood pressure can be low.
