No: No. Sometimes patients have both low protein and low blood pressure but it is not a cause of it. Low protein can lead to extravascular fluid accumulation (edema) and can make you intravascularly dehydrated which could theoretically lead to lower blood pressures but this is typically insignificant so long as your kidneys are working normally.
