No home remedy: It is difficult to say what is causing the swelling on the side of your face. It could be serious such as a dental abscess (infection) which may require drainage and antibiotics. Only a doctor can tell. There are cost effective places you can go like an urgent care for evaluation. Or you can talk to your doctor and see if some sort of financial arrangement can be made.
